Great community. Safe, maintence is timely . Provided ac filters which is a plus and the pool area is a favorite.... Office is clean and putd on activities for the community.

Amazing the Pointe at Clearwater is the prefect place to call home!! Just moved in two days ago and I do not regret my decision. Accessible to all the local shops and dining.

Quiet community, pretty clean around the neighborhood. Nice environment. Very convenient for a quick trip to the store, or Gyms. Found this place on apartments.com, went for a tour, and the process to get moved in was smooth. Front office has great hospitality.

I have been here a few years and love the complex, the pool, gym is standard, the laundry room is still non functional. It’s been almost a year I believe. Hopefully y’all aren’t advertising that we have one.. this amenity hasn’t been working in a long time and I know it’s no one’s fault in the office or maintenance (it’s a gas issue) but what are you doing to handle this! The small in unit washer and dryer won’t do king size bedding. Please fix the laundry situation as it is an amenity that we pay for and should be able to use. Get on corporates a$$! Tell them the residents are angry! Or lower the rent as it would only be fair to since we pay for the non functioning amenity! Never any updates or anything to let us know y’all are at least trying! It’s my one complaint of living here!

I moved in four months ago and have had no issues so far. Maintenance is very good about responding to and fixing issues/ work orders in a very timely manner.

It's very calm and pleasant atmosphere over here. I liked it very much. I have some problems with my apartment though but I feel the apartment community will take care of it

Still love where I live. Well cared for property. Maintenance is amazing with quick response times. Love valet trash service. Very clean. Wish we had a plant exchange here and maybe a book exchange. Wish there were more grills in public spaces only cause there isn't one in my area. Would suggest putting in a dog park since there is room for one and upgrading the playground for the kiddos.

Having lived here for nearly a year, I observe ongoing improvements. The service has improved, and the administration is responsive, kind, friendly, and motivated to enhance both the living spaces and the surrounding environment. They consistently organize various events and activities, creating a positive and engaging community atmosphere.

Been here 2 years now and still have few complaints. The washer and dryer situation is annoying for us and the staff. The big bosses should be doing more to help, electric units or something! Really obnoxious but nobody’s fault. Maintenance is awesome, clubhouse employees are great and the pool looks great! Get that pickleball court up and I’d be super happy! Since moving in 2 years ago the improvements have been noticeable. Neighbors are better and more friendly. Feels safe for the most part! The grounds are always kept nice! Love it here!

Such a great place to be. On my second lease here..close to everything. Staff is friendly and fast to help with anything I need. Always see maintenance with a tool in hand and smile on their face. Big open courtyards with lots of grass keep my dog happy, too!

Absolutely love the community! Very clean & safe. Staff are very nice and easy to work with, neighbors are super nice! Apartment was very clean and the rental process was quick! Definitely recommend!

Current resident of almost 2 years and I love the community!!! Office staff are wonderful and some nice updates to the community lately . Maintence has resolved issues iv had in a reasonable time frame.

The Pointe is a beautiful community and the leasing office made moving in a very pleasant experience. My apartment was beautifully finished and the residents are extremely friendly. I highly recommend living at The Pointe at Clearwater.
